Problem 1 (10 points)
Complete the function inside of `problem1.js`. The function takes 2 parameters and does a deep array comparison if both parameters are arrays. The contents of each array can be strings, integers, floats, booleans or a nested array containing any of those types as well. No array will contain an object. You may find the `instanceof` operator helpful. Your implementation should handle any level of array nesting.

Problem 2 (10 points)
You have been given an html file, `problem2.html`, with all the necessary CSS and an empty script tag. You need to modify the html so that you can add a **single** onclick event listener so that the list items you click on toggle back and forth with having a line through them, indicating to the user a completed task. If you add more than one event hanlder you will lose significant credit. __HINT__ You may want to use the `classList.toggle('class-name')` method on a dom element to complete this problem.

Problem 3 (30 points)
In this problem we have provided you with a react app (you do not need to run it to complete this problem). Inside of `problem3/src` you will see a complete React Class component `ClassComponent.js` and an empty file `FunctionComponent.js`. You need to convert the ClassComponent defined in `ClassComponent.js` to a function component in `FunctionComponent.js`.

Notice the use of %PUBLIC_URL% in the tags above.
It will be replaced with the URL of the `public` folder during the build.
Only files inside the `public` folder can be referenced from the HTML.
Unlike "/favicon.ico" or "favicon.ico", "%PUBLIC_URL%/favicon.ico" will
work correctly both with client-side routing and a non-root public URL.
